Constance Menzies is an active member of the St. James-Brooklands community. Since joining the election, she has focused her considerable energy on working with constituents to hear their ideas, find answers to their questions and solutions to their concerns. Constance takes the title, "Public Servant" seriously, and looks forward to serving the citizens of Winnipeg into the future.

Constance would not serve for more than two terms if elected.

Constance would not utilize a City of Winnipeg credit card, and would apply for reimbursement for any legitimate expenses incurred as City Councillor.

Constance is running a very practical, low-cost campaign (i.e. no billboards, lawn signs or tri-colour brochures). She does not want to burden the taxpayer anymore than necessary (via 75% rebate cash back for donations between $25 and $300 offered by the City of Winnipeg).
